All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Tracking notification emails will be sent as soon as shipments are processed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking email, please email us at hello@dabiraaroma.com
Due to the high volume of orders especially during the fall/ holiday/winter season, you may experience extended processing times up to 7-10 business days.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
At this moment we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. Tag us @dabiraaroma to let us know where you live and we will work to bring Dabira to you in the future!
RETURN POLICY
Dabira Aroma will provide a merchandise credit for damaged or defective merchandise purchased online at dabiraaroma.com within fifteen (15) days from purchase.
